Stop your vehicle as safely as possible and assess the situation. If anyone needs emergency medical assistance, immediately call 911. All accidents should be reported to the police to ensure your rights are protected. Be cooperative to the investigating officer and accurately explain your version of the accident. Inform the officer if you are injured and request medical assistance. Takes photos/videos of the accident scene and the vehicles/damages involved. Obtain contact information of all witnesses.
