Patrick Dowling, Jr. is a  Senior Associate at  D'Amico · Burchfield with a broad range of experience and demonstrated success in a number of different practice areas.  He is a successful civil and criminal litigator with significant practical experience in Family Court matters, residential and commercial eviction matters, mortgage foreclosure litigation, misdemeanor and felony criminal defense, and complex estate planning matters.

Patrick typically spends his mornings zealously litigating and protecting the rights of his clients in various courtrooms across the state.  In the afternoon, Patrick can be found in the office preparing for upcoming hearings, while also spending considerable time creating invaluable estate plans for D'Amico · Burchfield’s clients. Whether it is settling a domestic dispute in Family Court, negotiating a plea agreement in criminal court, or creating a trust to minimize taxes on a multi-million dollar estate, Patrick sees each case as a new and unique opportunity to have a positive and long-lasting impact on the lives of his clients.

Patrick believes that nothing is more important in achieving success for his clients both inside and out of the courtroom than investing the long hours necessary to organize and prepare for every aspect of his case.  Being a native Rhode Islander and  resident of Woonsocket, Patrick relishes in the opportunity to champion the legal rights and well being of Rhode Island’s residents.
