Biography

Patrick Dowling, Jr. joined the D'Amico · Burchfield team in the fall of 2003. Since that time, Patrick has gained a wide range of experience and demonstrated success in a number of practice areas.

Patrick typically spends his mornings representing clients on criminal and family law matters in courts across the state.  In the afternoon, Patrick can be found in the office preparing for upcoming hearings, while also spending considerable time creating invaluable estate plans for D'Amico · Burchfield’s clients.

Whether it is negotiating a plea agreement or creating a trust to minimize taxes on a multi-million dollar estate, Patrick sees each case as a new and unique opportunity to have a positive impact on his client’s life.

He believes that nothing is more important in achieving success in the legal profession than organization and preparedness.

Being a native Rhode Islander and current resident of Woonsocket, Patrick relishes the opportunity to champion the legal rights and well being of Rhode Island’s residents.
