Biography

Debora has dedicated her practice to all aspects of real estate transactions which can be complex, overwhelming, and often intimidating to the inexperienced.

Debora prides herself on unparalleled client service and providing legal guidance through every step of a transaction including the negotiation and preparation of agreements, review of contracts and loan closings.

It is necessary to evolve with the changing real estate market conditions.  In the last decade, Debora has helped clients respond to market forces and assisted clients in taking advantage of different financing sources. 

She has the knowledge, experience, and resources to effectively represent her clients, whether they are purchasers, sellers, lenders, or have title issues which need to be resolved.
