Attorney D. Joseph D’Amico has joined the team at D’Amico Burchfield, LLP as Partner in charge their real estate department. Joe has rejoined the firm after 18 years in private practice which consisted almost entirely of real estate closings and related transactions. Joe has successfully closed thousands of real estate transactions during his career and is very well respected among his clients, colleagues and peers. 

Joe’s knowledge, experience and dedication to the real estate practice was rewarded when he was recruited as President and State Manager of the Rhode Island office of Stewart Title Guarantee Company. Joe brings a professional but down to earth approach to the practice of law.  He enjoys the casual interaction with clients that often occurs during real estate transactions, and prides himself on simplifying a complicated process and relieving the anxiety many clients experience in these transactions.
