Bill is a seasoned trial attorney
who has enjoyed success in
numerous jury and non-jury
trials in Rhode Island's State
and Federal Courts litigating misdemeanor
and serious felony criminal
matters, divorce, custody,
visitation and child support matters, business and commercial disputes, medical malpractice actions and personal injury claims.
Bill is proud to be a zealous
advocate who always makes
a significant effort to advise
and represent all of his clients
on all aspects of their particular
legal matter.
Bill is
adept at integrating today’s
modern computer technology
in his approach to litigating
cases, both inside and out
of the courtroom, which often
provides him with a competitive
advantage over other lawyers
who do not have the same philosophy.
Before
joining D'Amico · Burchfield, Bill was
a Providence City Solicitor
responsible for prosecuting
the City's daily criminal
calendar.
He then
ventured out on his own as
a general practitioner concentrating
primarily in litigating numerous
types of cases.

fan. He channels his passion
for the sport by playing for
the local men’s Masters
Team and as the coach of his
young son's Lacrosse team.

enjoys cultural diversity.
He also enjoys hiking, kayaking
and reading.
