Biography
Patrick Dowling, Jr. is an associate attorney on the D'Amico • Burchfield team regularly practicing in variety of legal fields and having experience practicing before each of the district and superior courts in the State of Rhode Island, as well as numerous trial courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Patrick has significant experience and a practical working knowledge in a number of legal fields including personal injury, social security disability law, divorce, child custody and child support, criminal, landlord tenant, general civil litigation and estate planning. Patrick is a zealous advocate and possesses strong enthusiasm to fight for the rights of his clients. His legal career began with the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office and he is licensed to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
Patrick came to D'Amico • Burchfield after receiving his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Vermont Law School. In addition to his academic success, Patrick served as the Environmental Editor of the Vermont Law Review. Prior to attending Vermont Law School, Patrick received a B.S. with Highest Distinction from the University of Rhode Island. Being a native Rhode Islander, Patrick relishes the opportunity to champion the legal rights and well being of all Rhode Island’s residents. Believing in justice and equality under the law for all people, Patrick enjoys taking on difficult cases with the zealousness and devotion often lacking in the legal profession. |
