Biography
Jimmy is
one of the founding partners
of
D'Amico · Burchfield. He concentrates his practice
in the areas of Personal Injury,
Medical Malpractice, Worker's
Compensation, Sports
Law, and Civil
Litigation. Jimmy is legal
counsel to Classic Entertainment
and Sports, Inc., a local
promoter of sporting and entertainment
events with a worldwide reputation
in the sport of boxing.
He has successfully
negotiated television and
promotional contracts with
Foxwoods Resort & Casino,
Mohegan Sun, HBO, Showtime,
ESPN, Comcast and other cable
networks.
Jimmy is proud to represent
and advise professional boxers
including five-time World
Champion Vinny Paz, Peter
Manfredo, Gary Balletto, and
Scott Pemberton.
Jimmy uses
his knowledge and experience
to offer practical solutions
to the various problems his
clients encounter in everyday
